Who handles your enquiry

What we use and why
We use your name, email, country, business sector, approximate revenue, timeframe and any optional message to review broker fit and respond to your request. Please do not send confidential accounts or sensitive personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Submitting the form asks us to handle and reply to your enquiry. It does not authorise an introduction. We ask for your separate agreement before sharing your details with a named broker. You can withdraw your request by email.
Our basis for handling an enquiry is taking steps at your request to provide our matching service. We use a legitimate interest in preventing abuse for the short-lived submission limit. Broker sharing requires your separate agreement.
Storage and access
Website enquiries are stored privately in our Cloudflare account, in an EU-restricted storage namespace, and reviewed by our assistant on behalf of the business. They are not published. Initial form records expire after 90 days. Reply emails and any separately agreed referral records may remain for handling the relationship and any legal obligations. Emailing us uses your and our email providers.
Basic abuse controls use a short-lived hash of the connection IP address to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw IP address. Cloudflare also processes network requests to run and protect the website. The existing Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon counts visits and page views.
Your choices
Email us to ask for access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, restriction or objection to its use, or a portable copy where applicable, or to stop contact. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority. We do not sell your enquiry details.
